The Creator Copilot provides YouTube thumbnail A/B testing services. We help content creators optimize their video thumbnails by:

  • Automatically rotating thumbnail variants on your YouTube videos
  • Collecting and analyzing performance metrics (impressions, CTR, views)
  • Determining statistically significant winners
  • Providing analytics and insights

3. YouTube API Compliance

Our Service uses the official YouTube Partner API. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service
  • You authorize us to access and modify your YouTube video thumbnails
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with YouTube's policies
  • We operate in full compliance with YouTube's API Terms of Service

4. Account Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Have a valid YouTube channel with upload permissions
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of our Service require a paid subscription:

  • Free tier includes 2 lifetime tests
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload thumbnails containing prohibited content (violence, hate speech, adult content)
  • Attempt to manipulate or game YouTube's systems beyond legitimate A/B testing
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your thumbnail images and content. By uploading thumbnails, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your images solely for the purpose of providing our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results or improvements in your video performance
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all YouTube features or future API changes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Creator Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, views, or channel performance, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.
